Who will be listed as the sender on my shipment?

Your shipment will come from Z Global Logistics, the fulfillment division of Jazwares. This is the company name that will appear on the shipping label when you receive your package

Can I track my international order?

Yes, all international orders can be tracked. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s journey online with DHL.

What is the return policy for international orders?

For international orders, you can return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds are processed in the original form of payment. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Delivery times may be affected during high volume times or holidays, or due to unforeseen carrier or logistical delays. All international orders are aimed to be delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
